The position of the hotel was marvellous and simple, in the historic Downtown of Puebla. The lunch in Miel de agave a short way from the property had every choice imaginable. Booked a double room with balcony.

Central location, easy walk to attractions. Clean room with good water pressure. Netflix available for relaxation. Basic continental breakfast offered, but can order more substantial options for a reasonable price. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient luggage storage. Delicious mango slices from nearby fruit vendor.

The hotel's interior design impresses with its courtyard-facing windows. It is well-maintained and offers great value for money. The rooftop bar is a standout feature. This hotel is situated just a stone's throw away from the main tourist sites in the old town. The location is perfect to explore the city without the need for a car. The breakfast served here is outstanding, with a wide range of options to choose from. The rooms are spacious and well-furnished, with a great view of the surrounding area. The hotel has many leisure facilities that cater to low-budget travelers, such as a pool, gym, and sauna.
The hotel's Wi-Fi is slow and sometimes disrupted.

During our city trip, we enjoyed the great rooms with comfy beds and pillows that allowed for a good night's sleep. The central location made it easy to explore the city. We also appreciated having access to a terrace with an incredible view and a snack bar for a quick drink or snack.
One thing that we didn't appreciate was the lack of complementary bottled water in the rooms and limited bathroom accessories. The service at the terrace snack bar was also poor, with slow service and a bad atmosphere after bad service.

George
The location of this hotel was superb, right in the heart of the city with easy access to all the tourist attractions. The view from the terrace was stunning, and it was the perfect spot to take pictures or just relax. The waiting staff were very attentive, and they made sure we had everything we needed. two complementary facts were offered during our stay.
The room we were given had no privacy at all. The window faced the hallway, and anyone walking by could see right in unless we closed the curtains, which left us with no natural light.
